Donate to the WSF Annual Campaign
A check or credit card donation can be the simplest and most convenient way to help. Checks
should be made out to the Woodside School Foundation.
To make a tax-deductible charitable contributions please print the Donation Form.
Stock Donations
Your tax-deductible contribution may also be a direct transfer of securities to the Woodside School
Foundation which may have additional tax benefits for you (please consult a qualified tax advisor).
To donate stock:
WSF will send you confirmation of receipt of the number of shares transferred and the date it was
received into our account. Unless you designate a specific program we will deposit your proceeds
in the General Fund. The Foundation must receive a letter from the donor for accounting/tax
purposes.

- Notify the Woodside School Foundation office in a letter addressed to WSF Treasurer
stating the:
- name of the security
- number of shares you intend to donate to the Woodside School Foundation
- transfer-deposit date.
- Fax your letter to 650-851-3239 or mail it to:

- Request that your broker deliver the donated securities to the Woodside School
Foundation's Charles Schwab brokerage account using the following delivery instructions
for contributed stock:

- Woodside School Foundation General Account
